With a pre-existing home on a double lot, this site was split generating the space for our project to be procreated. Maximizing the site and allowing the open floor plan to do its magic.

Site Analysis
The site is the puzzle and the architecture is the missing piece. The house is designed in such a way that the view from all the most important areas is directed toward the backyard. The floor plan offers a direct view of the backyard oasis. Wooden horizontal elements on the facade create the necessary relationship with the architecture while letting the afternoon sun create relief in the color scheme. To place all the wood on the facade, we studied the movement of the sun over our site during the day.
